CINETEXTURE and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

DEFINITIONS

“Content” refers to any IP or product supplied by Cinetexture.
“Product” refers to products sold by Cinetexture.
”End product” refers to work produced by you utilising Cintetxture content in accordance to these Terms and conditions.

LICENSE AND USAGE OF PRODUCTS

All purchased products grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual right to display or incorporate any products in to your end work (such as videos, animations, advertising, and so forth) for both personal & commercial use so long as they comply with these terms and conditions.

You may not resell, transfer, share, make available or redistribute any products provided by Cinetexture.

You may not alter, modify, recolour and otherwise create derivative stock assets to sell as your own.

You may incorporate our content to produce end products on behalf of clients. If clients require copies of the original source files containing our products, they must have a license and be bound to the same terms of this agreement.

You retain all rights to the end product, however all source content (products) sold on this website remain the IP of Cinetexture, you must not claim the source content as your own, nor make claim to any these works using content identification methods (such and Content ID, for example).

You are not permitted to use our content in whole or in part as a logo or trademark, merchandising or product. You also agree to not incorporate the content in to works that infringe the third-party copyright of others.

You must not use our content in, or in relation to, any unlawful, pornographic, defamatory or obscene uses.

Products are sold ‘as is’ and used at your own discretion. Products are subject to changes, updates, bug fixes, or removal from sale at any time. We make no claim or accept liability that any content is fit for purpose, error free, consistently available or compatible with third-party software.

Purchase are only valid for products at the time of sale, and don’t grant license to future updates, alterations or ongoing support.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds. However we do want help resolve any issues you may have. Please email support@cinetexture.com
